Alternatively apply Top Paints’ Plaster Primer to powdery surface and allow to dry. If the surface is in a good condition prime with either Top Paints’ Plaster Primer or Top Paints’ Fillercoat. Apply 2 coats VELVET SHEEN.

Previously Painted Surfaces

Old paint in sound condition:
Clean and apply VELVET SHEEN if surface was previously painted with an emulsion paint.
